The terms governing your access to and use of the CropIntellix website.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.cropintellix.com (the “Site”), operated by CropIntellix Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 1-80, Old Andhra Bank Street, Dharmavaram, Kovvuru, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh – 534350.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public website only. Access to our platforms and applications — including DREAM, the AWD dMRV Platform, Biochar dMRV, Agroforestry dMRV, and our DSR and Mangrove modules — is governed by a separate written agreement, master services agreement, or programme contract.
Where the terms of such an agreement conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails in respect of that platform or engagement.
The Site is intended for business and professional users aged 18 or above. By using the Site you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that where you act on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to bind that organisation.
You may browse the Site, and download or print material for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, diagrams, methodology descriptions, software, imagery, layouts, and the CropIntellix name and logo — is owned by CropIntellix Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
Our dMRV methodologies, models, algorithms, remote-sensing workflows and platform designs are our proprietary intellectual property. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to them, whether expressly or by implication.
Third-party names, standards and registries referenced on the Site, including carbon standards, satellite data providers and partner organisations, remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.
The Site describes our capabilities, methods and project experience. It is provided for general information only.
Carbon estimates, emission-reduction figures, credit yields, sequestration rates, calculator outputs and project statistics shown on the Site are illustrative. Actual results depend on the applicable methodology, baseline, site conditions, monitoring data, validation and verification by an accredited body, and registry approval.

Any commercial commitment from CropIntellix arises only from a signed written agreement.
Information you submit through our contact form or by email is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send us confidential or trade-secret information through the Site. Unless we have a signed non-disclosure agreement in place, any material you submit is treated as non-confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and improving our services.
We aim to keep the Site available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Site links to external websites and profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and to our DREAM platform login. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency and non-infringement, in relation to the Site and its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CropIntellix Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000, or the amount you have paid us in relation to the Site, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CropIntellix Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, together with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Site.
